As part of Andrew Jewell Education I help to deliver meaningful large-scale technology projects in education and beyond. Having worked in education for 25 years, I help support and craft technology projects to help give young people, teachers and leaders access to the tools they need to build a better world.

Life-changing Technology

I was part of the world’s first 1:1 iPad education project in 2010. I saw the potential of mobile technology to transform the classroom. Since then I’ve led and presented at events around the world. In recent years I’ve been so privileged to help plan and deliver some large-scale technology projects in the UK, including the Connected Learning project in Glasgow City and the multi award-winning Inspire Learning programme in Scottish Borders

I have delivered keynote presentations at a wide range of events and love the engagement, professional dialogue and enthusiasm that these can generate, I focus on crafting moments that help to make learning better.

Educational Events

Education events have the potential of showcasing immersive, hands-on experiences and sound pedagogy.

They are times when educators can become learners and re-connect with the joy of learning new concepts or skills and experiencing how these can be delivered in new ways in the classroom.

I help design and create hands-on workshops and education events that are memorable and last past the event and into the classroom.

Connected Learning – Glasgow

Tens of thousands of Primary and Secondary pupils in Scotland’s largest city now have access to game-changing technology.

I love Glasgow. They say ‘People make Glasgow’ and this is so true, especially in the world of education. I’ve worked with some of the best on the Connected Learning project which delivered an iPad into the hands of pupils in all 300 of the schools in Glasgow and is making a difference to children’s lives every day. An education consultancy project with Glasgow City Council, CGI and XMA.
